Daily Routine
An overview of a typical day at our centres.
Morning
Children arrive and are welcomed by their key educator. We have a breakfast period for early arrivals, followed by free play and planned learning activities. Each age group follows a developmentally appropriate routine.
Mid-morning
A healthy snack is followed by outdoor play or a focused activity such as art, music or storytelling. We balance structured activities with plenty of time for free play and child-led exploration.
Lunch and rest
Children sit together for a nutritious lunch. After lunch, younger children have a rest or sleep period, while older children have quiet activities. This is an important part of the day for recharging.
Afternoon
The afternoon includes more play, outdoor time and group activities. For school-age children, this includes a homework club and a range of enrichment activities.
